Which is why I believe so passionately in homeopathy, looking to treat the whole person rather than just the symptoms. It is a system of medicine that is safe and effective, treating each patient as a unique individual, whilst addressing mental, emotional and physical illness. 16 years ago I began my homeopathy journey, following the birth of my first child. Homeopathy supported me and addressed my post natal anxiety & then helped with my son’s repeated ear infections.
3 teenagers later I embarked on my Homeopathy training, which was underpinned with Naturopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge. I endeavour to bring a heart centred approach to my homeopathic practice. I am a member of the Alliance of registered Homeopaths & trained at the River School of Homeopathy under Helen Johnson & Hilary Fairclough.

Why Homeopathy
HOMEOPATHY is one of the MOST WIDELY FORMS of MEDICINE in the WORLD TODAY
As people are discovering the benefits of a system of medicine that is safe, effective and treats them as unique individuals. Homeopathic medicines are usually supplied in tablet, powder or liquid form. The speed with which you feel relief will depend on the condition being treated. In acute ailments, this can be very fast indeed.
In more chronic conditions, your recovery rate will depend on the nature and duration of the illness and on your individual vitality. Homeopathy can be used effectively by everyone, from babies and children to adults, including women during pregnancy. Homeopathic medicines promote the body’s natural ability to heal. It is complementary and can be used alongside conventional medicines and treatments.

My Approach
At the core of my ethos is VITALITY, BALANCE and ADAPTABILITY
During the homeopathic consultation I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to collaboratively establish a complete picture of you and to find out what has knocked you out of balance. We will discuss your medical history, when ailments or symptoms first appeared as well as identifying significant episodes in your life. Homeopathy is about matching the right remedy with the right person. It is best considered as a process rather than a quick fix. The homeopath needs to be a clever detective in asking the right questions to find the correct remedy and therefore the better I understand you, the easier it is to select the best remedy.
The initial consultation may last between 1-1.5 hours. Follow up appointments will last between 30-60 minutes. The remedies will be posted out to you following the consultations and will be supplied in either tablet or liquid form. Currently I don’t have a typical client and have experienced treating a wide range of illnesses such as: Eczema & psoriasis, PTSD, headaches & migraines, hormonal disturbances & fertility, bedwetting, anxiety & stress, hay fever & allergies. We are all different and there is something to learn from everyone which is why I am so passionate about what I practice.
